SmartPrescribe is a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated recommendations, treatment plans, and scribe summaries MUST be reviewed and verified by a licensed healthcare professional before clinical application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SmartPrescribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Professional Use Only
This platform is designed specifically for healthcare professionals and students. By creating an account, you represent that you are a medical professional or a student in a healthcare-related field. You agree to provide accurate and truthful professional information.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring that you have proper patient consent before using the Scribe feature in a clinical setting.
- Verifying all AI-generated content against official clinical guidelines (e.g., ESC, NICE, AHA).
4. Intellectual Property
The SmartPrescribe platform, including its AI models, UI/UX design, and clinical intelligence logic, is the exclusive property of SmartPrescribe. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPrescribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including any clinical errors resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
