Evaluate SmartPrescribe as an independent, non-promotional clinical education tool for verified healthcare professionals — aligned with national guidelines (e.g. DGS normas) and society standards (ESC, KDIGO, etc.).
This pilot is not a regulated clinical decision support validation study and not a pharmaceutical promotional programme unless separately contracted.

Responsibilities
SmartPrescribe
- Platform access for approved site clinicians
- Credential verification (nº ordem / institutional email)
- Governance per Medical Affairs policy
- Anonymised aggregate usage report at end of pilot
- No individual chat transcripts shared with third parties
Pilot site
- Nominate a clinical lead; communicate pilot to eligible staff/residents
- Pre/post survey (~5 min, SmartPrescribe-provided)
- Optional letter of collaboration for MA dossier (non-exclusive)
Success metrics
- ≥30 verified HCPs onboarded
- ≥50% complete at least one Ask AI session
- Pre/post survey: confidence in evidence citations
- Qualitative feedback from site lead
Data & privacy
- GDPR-aligned; see Privacy Policy
- No patient identifiable data required
- Aggregate metrics only in final report
